Chocolate Chip Fruit Whip

Ingredients:
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup, divided
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Chips, roughly chopped.
Instructions:
- Place raspberries, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and 2 tablespoons water in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring often until mixture is thick and bubbling and raspberries have broken down, about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
- Whip heavy cream, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and vanilla to medium-stiff peaks. Fold in the raspberry mixture, then stir in the chocolate chips. Transfer to serving dishes, garnish with raspberries ad additional chocolate and serve immediately.
