Chocolate Chip Cheeseball

Ingredients:
- 1 (9-ounce) package Bake Believe ® Semi-Sweet Baking Chips, Divided
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup pecans
- Strawberries and pretzels for serving
Instructions: For the cookies
- Beat together cream cheese, butter, and honey until combined and smooth. Add pecans and ½ cup chocolate chips and beat until incorporated.
- Place a large sheet of plastic wrap on your work surface. Place the cream cheese mixture on top and shape it into a ball, then coat the outside of the ball with chocolate chips.
- Tightly wrap in clean plastic wrap then refrigerate for at least 90 minutes. When ready to serve, transfer to a plate and serve with strawberries and pretzels.
