Chocolate Chai Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Bake Believe ® Semi-Sweet Baking Chips, loosely chopped
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 chai tea bag
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- Orange slices for garnish
Instructions:
- In a small saucepan, bring almond milk to a boil. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and honey and stir until melted. Add tea bag and let steep for 5 minutes.
- Discard teabag. Add chia seeds and stir well incorporate the mixture. Pour into a jar and stir again. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- When ready to serve, garnish with oranges and additional chocolate if desired.
