Chocolate Chai Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Bake Believe ® Semi-Sweet Baking Chips, loosely chopped
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 chai tea bag
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Orange slices for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, bring almond milk to a boil. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and honey and stir until melted. Add tea bag and let steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Discard teabag. Add chia seeds and stir well incorporate the mixture. Pour into a jar and stir again. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  3. When ready to serve, garnish with oranges and additional chocolate if desired.
