Chocolate Candied Pecans

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
- 10 ounces (about 2 ½ cups) pecan halves
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions:
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place baking sheet on a heat proof barrier, such as thick wooden cutting board or metal cooling rack.
- Place pecans, maple syrup and cinnamon in a large skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring often until the syrup starts to thicken and reduce, about 4 to 6 minutes. Be careful not to let the mixture burn.
- Pour onto the prepared baking pan in an even layer. Immediately sprinkle Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Baking Chips on top. Let rest for 5 minutes then using a butter knife, spread the melted chocolate chips around. Sprinkle on salt and let mixture cool completely, about 30 minutes.
- Break into pieces and enjoy! Store leftovers in an airtight container in refrigerator.
