  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

For the filling:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Stir together cherries, maple syrup, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Transfer to a 9×9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and set aside.

For the topping:

  1. Combine coconut flour, almond flour and baking powder in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Add melted butter and egg and stir to fully incorporate.
  2. Place batter in small dollops on top of the cherry filling. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until juices are bubbling and top is golden.
  3. Let cobbler rest for at least 30 minutes before serving and enjoy.
