Caramel Apple Dip

Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup Bake Believe® Milk Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions:
- Place maple syrup in a small saucepan and bring to a roaring boil. Let boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat and add cream and butter. Stir thoroughly for 1 minute to combine; set aside to cool slightly.
- Place cream cheese in a mixer with the whip attachment. Whip for 1 minute, gradually add caramel mixture and continue whipping for 2 to 3 minutes more. Stir in chocolate chips. Transfer to a serving bowl, then cover and refrigerate for at least1 hour.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg and additional chocolate chips. Serve with sliced apples and enjoy!
