Blueberry Almond-Chocolate Crumble

Ingredients: For the filling:
- 2-pints blueberries
- ¼ cup Swerve granulated
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
For the crumble
- ½ cup Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ½ cup oatmeal
- ½ cup slivered almonds
- ¼ cup Swerve granulated
- ½ cup unsalted butter, cut into ½-inch pieces
Instructions: For the filling:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Stir together blueberries, Swerve, cornstarch, almond extract, and cinnamon. Transfer to a 9×9-inch baking dish and set aside.
For the crumble:
- Combine coconut flour, oatmeal, almonds, and Swerve in a large bowl. Stir to combine. Add butter, then using a pastry cutter or your fingertips, cut or press butter into the mixture. Continue this process util it resembles a coarse meal. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Transfer crumble to the top of the filling in an even layer. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until juices are bubbling and top is golden.
- Let cobbler rest for at least 30 minutes before serving and enjoy.
