Almond Milk Espresso Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Bake Believe® Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- ¼ cup espresso
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/3 cup steel cut oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions:
- Stir together almond milk, espresso and honey. Add chocolate chips, oats and chia seeds and stir to incorporate, fully submerging the oats.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. Stir the oatmeal just before serving and enjoy!
