Almond Butter Blondies

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Bake Believe® Milk Baking Chips
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup almond butter
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Combine almond flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside.
- Place almond butter, butter, and maple syrup in a microwave safe bowl. Heat until just melted. Stir until combined and smooth. Stir in the egg, then stir in the flour mixture. Fold in baking chips.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and set. Set aside to cool for 30 minutes before cutting.
