4 Ingredient Strawberry Champaigne Truffles

Ingredients:
- 1 (9-ounce) bag Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons Champagne
- 1 (1-ounce) bag freeze dried strawberries
Instructions:
- Place chocolate chips in a bowl. Heat the heavy cream to a gentle boil, then pour over chocolate chips. Let rest for 1 minute. Add champagne, then stir vigorously until mixture is melted, combined and smooth.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm enough to hold shape.
- Place freeze dried strawberries into a food processer and pulse until pulverized into a powder. Transfer to a shallow bowl and set aside.
- Scoop 2-3 teaspoons of the chocolate mixture on to a parchment-lined pan. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Roll into balls, then coat in pulverized strawberry mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
