No-Sugar-Added Hazelnut Spread

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Bake Believe® Semi-Sweet Baking Chips
- 1 ¾ cups roasted blanched hazelnuts
- 3 tablespoons Confectioners Swerve
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- ½ tablespoon avocado oil or other neutral oil
- ¼ teaspoon fine salt
Instructions:
- Place the roasted hazelnuts in a small food processor.
- Process hazelnuts until they are finely chopped and begin to form a paste, about 3 minutes, stopping to scrape the sides halfway.
- Place the semi-sweet chips in a heat-proof bowl and microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
- Add the melted semi-sweet chips along with the Confectioners Swerve, cocoa powder, oil, and salt to the food processor.
- Process for 3 minutes or more, until you achieve your desired consistency.
- The spread will be thin at first but will firm up after it sits overnight.
- Transfer to a jar and enjoy!
