  1. Dip the bottom of each cone (about 2 inches) into water for 10 seconds. Transfer to microwave and heat for 10-15 seconds until the tip is softened and pliable. Using small piece of parchment paper, carefully bend the point of the cone into a cornucopia shape.
  2. Set aside to dry out and firm up, about 30 minutes.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the melting wafers over a double boiler or in the microwave on low heat, stirring every 30 seconds or until smooth.
  4. Dip the tops of each cone into chocolate, transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet, then sprinkle with sprinkles. Let rest at room temperature until chocolate has set, about 10 minutes.
  5. When ready to serve, fill each of the cones with fruit, chocolate chips and mixed nuts.
