Instructions:

  1. Place a large sheet of parchment paper onto your work surface.
  2. Melt the melting wafers using a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds until combined and smooth. Add green oil-based food coloring and stir until combined. Add coconut and stir to fully incorporate.
  3. Drop about ¼ cup of mixture into a circle on to parchment paper. Using your finger, create a hole in the center to resemble a wreath shape. Add three red pearl sprinkles at the bottom. Repeat to create additional wreaths. Let harden then enjoy!

TIP:  To dye melting wafers, you must use an oil-based food coloring. Using a gel or liquid-based food coloring will cause the mixture to seize.
