Vegan Chocolate Avocado Pudding Pops

  • ¼ cup Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
  • 2 large avocados, pitted and peeled
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened almond butter
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt


  1. Place the dark chips in a small heat-proof bowl and microwave in 10-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.
  2. Place the avocado, almond butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla, and salt in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Add the melted dark chips to the blender and blend again until smooth.
  4. Pour into popsicle mold and insert a popsicle stick
  5. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours or overnight.
  6. Unmold by running warm water over the bottom of the popsicle mold for about 30 seconds, then remove.
  7. Enjoy pops right away or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
