Tropical Pineapple Pops

- 1 (9-ounce) bag Bake Believe® Chocolate-Flavored Melting Wafers
- 12 pineapple wedges
- ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- Melt the melting wafers using a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds until combined and smooth.
- Place a wooden skewer into each pineapple wedge. Blot the juices with a paper towel and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Dip pineapple into melted chocolate coating. Return to parchment-lined baking sheet, then sprinkle with coconut. Repeat, with remaining pineapple.
- Store finished pineapple pops in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
