Bake Believe’s No Sugar Added White Chocolate Matcha Latte (low carb & gluten free)

Ingredients:

For the Latte:

  • ½ cup Bake Believe White Baking Chips
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon matcha
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners Swerve, or more to taste

For the Garnish:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners Swerve
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon matcha

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, beat the 1 cup heavy cream, 2 tablespoons confectioners Swerve, and vanilla until it begins to thicken, but not until it forms peaks like whipped cream. Set aside in the refrigerator.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the white baking chips, water, 1 cup heavy cream, 1 tablespoon matcha, and 1 tablespoon confectioners Swerve. Whisk over medium heat until the chocolate has melted and it begins to become frothy, right before it boils.
  3. Take the cream out of the refrigerator and stir. It will separate slightly in the refrigerator, but that is okay.  Pour the latte into 2 mugs and top with your desired amount of cream.  Sprinkle with the remaining matcha and enjoy.
