Bake Believe’s Keto Friendly Peppermint Mocha

For the Garnish:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 ½ tablespoons confectioner™s Swerve
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • Crushed sugar-free peppermint candies (optional)

For the Coffee:

  • 1 cup Bake Believe® Semi-Sweet Baking Chips
  • 2 ¾ cups strong coffee
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener like Lakanto


  1. Place a bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes. Combine the 1 cup heavy cream, confectioner™s Swerve, and vanilla in the chilled bowl and beat with an electric mixer until medium peaks form. Place in the refrigerator.
  2. Combine the coffee, ¼ cup heavy cream, monk fruit sweetener, and semi-sweet chips in a saucepan and place over medium heat. Whisk the mixture constantly until it becomes very hot and the chocolate chips melt completely.
  3. Pour the coffee into 3 cups and top each with whipped cream and crushed peppermint candies (if using). Serve immediately. Enjoy.
