Bake Believe’s Keto Friendly Frosty (Gluten Free)

- ½ cup Bake Believe® Semi-Sweet Baking Chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 scoop unflavored collagen
- 3 tablespoons keto-friendly maple flavored syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In the microwave or on the stove, melt baking chips with coconut oil. Set aside to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl with an electric mixer, whip heavy cream for 2-3 minutes, until stiff peaks form. Remove ¼ cup of whipped cream and set aside for topping.
- With mixer running, add melted baking chips, collagen, syrup, and vanilla extract. Beat for 1-2 minutes, until incorporated.
- Transfer mixture to a high-speed blender with ¼ cup of ice. Blend until smooth.
- Divide mixture between two glasses and top with reserved whipped cream.
