Bake Believe’s Keto Friendly Frosty (Gluten Free)

  • ½ cup Bake Believe® Semi-Sweet Baking Chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 scoop unflavored collagen
  • 3 tablespoons keto-friendly maple flavored syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. In the microwave or on the stove, melt baking chips with coconut oil. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. In a large bowl with an electric mixer, whip heavy cream for 2-3 minutes, until stiff peaks form. Remove ¼ cup of whipped cream and set aside for topping.
  3. With mixer running, add melted baking chips, collagen, syrup, and vanilla extract. Beat for 1-2 minutes, until incorporated.
  4. Transfer mixture to a high-speed blender with ¼ cup of ice. Blend until smooth.
  5. Divide mixture between two glasses and top with reserved whipped cream.
