Bake Believe’s Grain Free, Semi-Sweet Tahini Energy Bites (Paleo)

- 1 cup dates, pitted
- ⅔ cup raw walnuts
- ⅓ cup raw almonds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp tahini
- ¼ cup Bake Believe™ Semi-Sweet Baking Chips
- In a food processor, pulse dates until thoroughly chopped.
- Add walnuts, almonds, and chia seeds. Continue to pulse 1 minute, until finely chopped.
- Add tahini and pulse until combined.
- Transfer mixture to a bowl. Fold in semi-sweet baking chips.
- Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Transfer sheet pan to the refrigerator for 30 minutes then enjoy.
