Bake Believe’s Grain Free, Semi-Sweet Tahini Energy Bites (Paleo)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • â…” cup raw walnuts
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • ¼ cup Bake Believe® Semi-Sweet Baking Chips

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, pulse dates until thoroughly chopped.
  2. Add walnuts, almonds, and chia seeds. Continue to pulse 1 minute, until finely chopped.
  3. Add tahini and pulse until combined.
  4. Transfer mixture to a bowl. Fold in semi-sweet baking chips.
  5. Roll into 1-inch balls. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  6. Transfer sheet pan to the refrigerator for 30 minutes then enjoy.
