Chocolate Dipped Frozen Yogurt Pops

Special equipment: ice pop molds and wooden sticks


  1. Place yogurt, raspberries, banana, almond milk, honey and vanilla in a high-powered blender. Puree until smooth. Pour mixture into ice pop molds and freeze until frozen, about 6 hours.
  2. Melt melting wafers using a double boiler or in the microwave on low power, stirring every 20 seconds until melted and smooth. Transfer melted chocolate to two coffee mugs.
  3. Remove ice pops from molds and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Dip 3 frozen pops into each mug filled with chocolate and return to parchment-lined baking sheet, reheating chocolate as necessary. Return to the freezer until ready to serve.
