Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

  •  ¾ cup Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Butter and maple syrup for serving


  1. Combine almond flour, pumpkin pie spice and baking powder in a large bowl. Whisk together until fully combined; set aside. In a separate bowl, combine milk, pumpkin puree, egg, syrup, oil, and vanilla. Pour wet mixture on to dry mixture and stir just until batter has formed. Stir in dark chocolate chips.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Drop 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter into the center of the pan, spreading out slightly in a disk shape. Cook batter for about 2 minutes; flip pancake and cook for an additional 1 minute. Repeat with remaining batter.
  3. Serve pancakes immediately with butter and maple syrup and enjoy!
