Chocolate Chip Cheeseball

  • 1 (9-ounce) package Bake Believe® Semi-Sweet Baking Chips, Divided
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 ounces unsalted butter, softened
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup pecans
  • Strawberries and pretzels for serving


For the cookies

  1. Beat together cream cheese, butter, and honey until combined and smooth. Add pecans and ½ cup chocolate chips and beat until incorporated.
  2. Place a large sheet of plastic wrap on your work surface. Place the cream cheese mixture on top and shape it into a ball, then coat the outside of the ball with chocolate chips.
  3. Tightly wrap in clean plastic wrap then refrigerate for at least 90 minutes. When ready to serve, transfer to a plate and serve with strawberries and pretzels.
