For the Hot Fudge Sauce:

For the Mug Brownie:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Swerve
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons Bake Believe® Dark Chocolate Baking Chips

For Garnish:

  • 2 scoops keto-friendly ice cream
  • Chopped nuts (optional)


  1. Place the 1 tablespoon dark chips and 2 tablespoons heavy cream in a small heat-proof bowl and microwave in 10-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
  2. Set the hot fudge mixture aside. It will thicken as it cools.
  3. Generously butter 2 microwave-safe coffee mugs.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, Swerve, 2 tablespoons heavy cream, butter, and vanilla.
  5. Add the coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and 2 tablespoons dark chips.
  6. Stir well to combine, then evenly distribute the mixture among the 2 mugs.
  7. Microwave the mug brownies until no longer wet on the top, about 1 minute and 30 seconds.
  8. Allow the mug brownies to cool for 10 minutes.
  9. Top each brownie with a scoop of ice cream.
  10. Drizzle with the hot fudge. If the hot fudge becomes too thick, stir in more cream, as needed.
  11. Top the sundaes with chopped nuts, if using, and enjoy!
