Almond Blueberry Bark

  1. Line an 8x8x2 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil using a double boiler or in the microwave on low power, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
  3. Place blueberries in prepared pan and spread into an even single layer. Pour melted chocolate on top. Spread to fully cover blueberries. Sprinkle on almonds and salt. Transfer to refrigerator until firm, about 1 hour.
  4. Break into pieces and enjoy. Store in refrigerator in an airtight container.
